Policies & Client Guidelines

At AuraGlow Skinlab, policies are thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless, respectful, and elevated experience for every client. Please review carefully prior to booking.

  • New clients may either:

    • Book a First Time Custom Facial (includes consultation + treatment in one visit), or

    • Schedule a Virtual-or In-Person Consultation prior to treatment.

  • Virtual and in-person consultations are complimentary.

    A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment.

    Consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    Late cancellations or missed consultations will incur a $50 reservation fee.

  • Deposit is non-refundable

    Deposit may be transferred one time with 48 hours notice

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment.

    Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours notice.

    Changes within 48 hours, including cancellations or rescheduling, result in forfeiture of deposit.

    Arriving 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and forfeit deposit.

    No-shows will forfeit deposit and may be prohibited from booking future appointments.

  • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, or flu-like symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible.

    In-person appointments may be rescheduled to protect the health and safety of all clients.

  • All retail sales are final after 7 days. Opened or used products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

  • Results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended home care. Consistency and professional-grade skincare are strongly encouraged to achieve optimal, lasting results.

  • AuraGlow Skinlab maintains a professional, respectful, and luxury environment. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect toward staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
